• We currently deliver all over Pakistan.

• International delivery is not available at the moment.

2. Delivery Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

• Standard delivery time within Pakistan is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Remote areas may take a little longer.

3. Shipping Charges

• A flat shipping fee of PKR [insert amount – e.g., 200] will be charged on all orders.

• Free shipping may be offered on promotional deals or orders above a certain amount (if applicable).

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to track your parcel.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan for your convenience.

• Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address and phone number.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

• If your order arrives damaged or with missing products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and pictures. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
