• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

2. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through your original method of payment or via bank transfer.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or wrong.

• If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened, used, or partially consumed herbal products.

• Items purchased on sale or special promotion.

• Gift cards or free giveaway items.
